ZEE FITNESS is the culmination of all the work I have done for the past 12 years in the fitness industry. I've returned to my roots of personal training with more education, more ambition, and a clear goal: to change the way people feel in their own bodies.


Currently, we live in a world that is more fast paced and interconnected than ever before. While all the technological advances provide many benefits, it’s also entirely overwhelming. People in the U.S. are working harder and longer hours spending more time in front of the screen than is deemed healthy. As such, people suffer from a myriad of postural deficiencies, chronic low back pain, and low self-esteem. With this in mind, I have created a program that caters to real people who have demanding schedules, are high achievers, and don’t want to wrestle with the intricacies of a formidable workout routine.


My workouts are efficiently designed and focus on movement over muscle. I want to get people out of the positions that wreak havoc and put them in a pattern that will stimulate proper body mechanics and the appropriate nervous system response. Furthermore, workouts don't need to be exhaustively long. I believe a well rounded workout can be attained in as little as 15 minutes. The key is consistency. The more accessible working out becomes, the more willing you will be to do it regularly. So what are you waiting for? Your true potential awaits...
